Hi, I know my phone (Nokia XR20) definitely works on 5g as I've had it before when I was using 02. Now on ID Mobile none of my 5g features active or display. I even went to Currys yesterday to get my SIM changed. Still no luck. Any ideas please?

A TIP for those they used to have 5G and when they switched to ID don’t have 5G.

Go to your phone SETTINGS (gear icon)  

SYSTEMS, 

RESET OPTIONS, 

RESET WIFI MOBILE & BLUETOOTH

RESET SETTINGS.    Now you should have 5G in an 5G area. Make sure you re enter your wifi passwords to get connected to your wifi networks.
