I payed this contract for a family member.

I blocked the iphone 12 when the phone would not be returned to me. It has now been returned to me but will not recognise a sim because it is blocked. 

Any help with this appreciated.

Just checking if the handset was originally blocked by iD Mobile?

If it was blocked by a different network, you would need to contact them directly.
