I placed an order for the 15 Pro Max on Thursday 21st ~4PM, the day before release. There was no mention of stock issues at checkout etc. I have had upfront amount billed, I had an email Friday morning saying stock levels are low and item is on Pre Order. Will I receive any information on when I’m likely to receive my device? As I wasn’t expecting a delay at point of payment or made aware of one. Current contract has finished and this is my first time with ID mobile, hoping for some communication so I know where I stand.
