I have no access to emergency services GP or mental health services while I'm on my own all because I lost my phone
Pop in to a local Curry’s store and pick up a replacement SIM card. If you’re unable to do this, then speak to live chat and request one be sent to you, but be aware, it can take 3–5 days to receive one sent in the post.

As for your phone, you will have to make a claim on your insurance (if you had any) otherwise you need to purchase a new handset yourself.
But I keep being turned down for phone now I find out it's going to wrong address
