I have a new phone but I am using my old sim which works but I signed up for a new contract which is not being recognised by my mobile.

Did you upgrade or take a new contract?

Your SIM should be active as soon as you receive it if it’s a new SIM for a new contract.

Have you tested the SIM in a different handset?
