Switched to ID Mobile from EE using existing number, but SIM card not receiving calls. Reception area is good. Was told in would be next working day. How long until this transfer is complete?

If so, in your phone settings, is the temporary iD number reflecting, or the one you transferred?
Is your old EE SIM still active, or has this deactivated?
