Hello Its been over a week no sim yet. Are you able to send sim again.

Please let us know so we can get in touch and have a replacement SIM card sent out.

 

Alternatively, a replacement can be picked up at any Currys store and activated here.

Does your handset support eSIM devices, @Grishma Gurung

If yes, then maybe have an online Live Chat with iD support to get an eSIM for your device.
