I placed Order transaction number and received email confirming order with pin but have still not received update on the current situation of my order or when I can expect delivery.
I was origionally advised this would be done within 24 hours but I have not heard anything. Yet you have set up direct debit to take payment already.
Please can you let me know when I will recieve my order?
