Physical sim not working...


Hi I’ve recently moved to id and waited for my number to transfer over on Saturday 01/06/2024. Once i put the sim in my phione, it didn’t work. Please can I have a replacement SIM (eSIM quicker) asap. Thanks.

Do this by using the online iD Live Chat service, @johnharr

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Sorry to hear your iD Mobile SIM didn’t work initially, are you still having issues with this?

 

You’ll be able to pick up a replacement SIM card from a Currys store and activate it here, or get in touch as advised above by @andewhite and we can issue an eSIM.

 

Alternatively, let us know if you still need assistance here so we can have a physical SIM sent out or an eSIM.
