Hi all

 

Just switched to ID and got a Pixel 8. There was a promotion for free pixel buds or watch. I've submitted my claim, but it's been referred back as I need proof of purchase of the handset.

 

All the emails I have from the ordering process, make no mention of the handset, just the upfront payment and monthly rental. Any idea where I can find an actual copy of the order for the handset. (Can't see anything on my ID account)

Currently the iD staff seem around ~5-6 days behind real-time reading topics and members posts in this forum, @Luapjm

This members forum probably isn’t the best place for non-Bueller answers about iD orders and iD accounts. 

Maybe try the iD online Live Chat service, Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly).

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - the iD chatbot works 24/7.
