My SIM card stop working Since 05/09/2023. I have contacted to Customer Service who told me in your Area M12 Post code we got Technical Issue. Engineers working on it . I went for work in SK5 post code on same day I got same issue there. Today 06/09/2023 I came to WA15 Post Code I got same issue message No Sim. I followed Customer Adviser Instructions to Reset phone & Plane Mode On/Off & Take out sim from phone on each Post code locations it’s connected 3 seconds then again got message No sim. I am very disappointed the service I got . It’s effecting my work etc. If I got issue on M12 Post code it has to work other post codes that are 12 Miles faraway.

Sounds like your SIM card might be damaged or faulty
You can get a free replacement in-store at any branch of Currys.
iD replacement SIM cards are not activated, so you’ll need to activate a replacement iD SIM in order to use it.
