I have just obtained a new iPhone from ID. I was with 3 mobile and wanted to transfer my number to the new phone. I understand that ID use 3 mobile but I couldn’t work out how to request the transfer without obtaining a PAC code from 3.

Having obtained the code I submitted it to ID and selected the date, (21/5 was the earliest), for the number to be transferred but I’m worried that I might not have followed the correct procedure?

Can anyone confirm that I’ve done the right thing and if the number doesn’t transfer tomorrow who do I contact and how?

Number transfers can take up to 10pm on the date they’re scheduled, please let us know how you’re getting on.
