Trying to recover account, when navigating to the recover part I enter my details but it says incorrect information so unable to recover

Are you certain you’ve already registered for an online iD account @jamesgove25?

 


Yes I have emails in my gmail account I’m assuming is associated with the account such as bills


I’d didn’t get any emails when I registered for an iD Mobile online account - only a security code via SMS to complete the online registration process.
