Dry January is going very well indeed, only drinking dry drinks, dry red wine, dry martini, dry gin etc! Previous year’s have never lasted past the first week in January here I am still sticking to my dry January, congratulations are in order I think!😂

My new years resolution is to get out and enjoy life. Continue my weight loss journey and to be able to live with more freedom

My new years resolutions are to eat healthier, start doing pilates and weight training and to stop stressing over every little thing

The thing that makes me happy the most is spending time with my wife and taking our children out for days out to special places. I love to see them smile and be happy!

I will stop letting people bring me down !

What makes me happy? A cup of hot chocolate 🍫 :)

Being on the beach with my dogs and family, surfing and enjoying ing the sea
