account suspended despite bill paid and live chat closed. HELP!!!!!

My account was suspended due to an unpaid bill which I have now paid. 
 

I need my phone to work TONIGHT so desperately need my suspension lifted. But live chat is closed I can’t talk to anyone on the phone because “all of our services are online” 🙄

Hello @Mark.east,

Unfortunately the Live Chat service is only manned by iD support personnel 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends and bank holidays.

Outside these hours you’re stuck with the 24/7 chat-bot.

It’s all explained here - anyway, good luck.

Suspensions should be lifted automatically approximately one hour after payment being made.
