How to chat to us
We have a Chat Bot that’s available 24/7, which can help you resolve any questions you may have about your account. This includes providing step-by-step guidance on paying bills, upgrading, checking your account, and more. It’s quick and simple to use and can address many common issues about managing your account.
Here at iD Mobile, we also have a Live Chat feature that allows you to speak to one of our helpful iD Mobile assistants. The team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. They can help you sort out any issues you may have.

How to make a complaint

How to use our automated services
You can use our automated phone service by simply dialing 7777 from your iD phone or 03330037777 (charges may apply). Note that this will only allow you to use the following services:
- Control your account
To check your allowances and control your account, select option 1
- Make a payment
To hear your balance or pay a bill, select option 2
- Report your phone or SIM lost or stolen
To report a stolen or lost phone or SIM, select option 5
