I have followed the iD guide but it seems to have loads missing Server address/MCC etc, can someone please give me the full setting?

The required device settings can be obtained by submitting your iD mobile number online at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/get-your-settings/settings-tool.

MMS Messages aren't included in your standard text allowances. These messages carry a charge of 30p per message. If you've got a spend cap applied on your account, you'll need to increase this to allow the extra charge. This can be done by logging into https://my.idmobile.co.uk/

You’ll need to increease your cap as mentioned above to send MMS messages.
