My services tab says I have International Calls enabled however when I try to phone abroad I am told my cap limit does not allow it. When i check my cap I don’t have one. So what am I doing wrong?

Never mind. Finally found it.

For anybody else, it’ll be found in the iD Mobile app, in the “Bills” section marked “Manage bill cap”.

You’ll need to set a cap before you can call abroad.
Please try setting a cap and then try again.
If you have any issues, please let us know.

I’m having the same problem.
I have a pay-monthly contract and can’t see anywhere to add a cap.
Can you let me know where in my account page I need to go to add a cap?
