I have just had my old number transferred over after leaving my old provider. Had the confirmation that my number is now transferred and working but can’t receive calls from anyone, or send messages.

Are you still within your cooling off period, as a new iD Mobile customer?
If yes, then perhaps:
- Arrange to keep your number.
- Return your order as per the “How do I cancel or return my order?” iD community FAQ, or start this process online at:
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/returns-cancellations.

Has your port fully completed and your device has only the iD Mobile SIM inside it? Once the port completes you should be able to use texts and calls as normal.
If you’re still having issues with your number port please let us know so we can reach out and help.
