Cancel second sim

I am already an ID mobile customer. I signed up for a sim only rolling contract in February but never used it and have now lost the sim card.

As there is no way to have multiple contracts on an ID mobile account, I am now unable to cancel this.

The option for live support doesn't appear for me and phoning up is no good, as I'm calling from an ID mobile number and don't want to risk this contract being cancelled by the automated system!

You would need to register a new account if you have multiple SIM cards.

I can't set up an account for the second sim as it requires a code sent to the sim card and I have lost it.
