Cancelling Contract a moving abroadfter

I have moved abroad permanently and in the process of moving I have lost the ID Mobile SIM.  Please would you let me know how I may cancel the Contract?
I have also forgotten my password and PIN, so I am unable to access the “Live Chat” service.

The process for doing this is explained in the “How do I cancel my iD Mobile contract?” community article.

For assistance with any problems doing this, you can privately message an iD agent using facebook or Twitter.
