My contract ends on the 26th November and my phone will be paid for. I wish to change to the £10 month 70gb offer. How do I do it?

Hey @JenHat,

You need to upgrade as above via the account to switch to a sIM only deal.

Not all deals will be available so any on our website may be a new customer offer.

If you register for your My iD Account online, you’ll be able to see the details of your iD plan and its allowances.

Register at https://my.idmobile.co.uk, from the “Register” tab.

As @andewhite mentions above you’ll be able to register/log into your iD Mobile account and see all the details.

 

If you’d like to see a copy of the contract, this will have been emailed to you when you signed up.
