I have received a letter stating a final demand for payment, it seems as if someone had set up an account in my name. This was not me and I am struggling to find a way to contact ID Mobile to inform them of this.
You can contact iD Mobile on facebook (using Messenger) or Twitter (by DM).
Speak with an iD agent privately on either of the above social media platforms.
In addition, you’ll need an ActionFraud reference number when you do contact iD.
I hope you manage to contact iD and get this matter resolved.
