I recently ordered a phone for my wife, which has arrived today.
i then tried to order a phone for my son.
my order has been declined based on a credit check. This cannot be based on my actual credit rating. I believe this to be a case of the system deciding that the application may be fraudulent because of the previous order. How do I overcome this issue?
