My mobile network connection is down again, it was working for about an hour. I look forward to seeing our compensation for this outage!

West Midlands is down since this morning, absolute rubbish service since i took out the contract 1 month ago.

I thought because it piggy backed off 3 network that it would be ok but complete garbage!

Apart from today, Emergency calls only and no Internet at work or home, for the past 3 weeks i have had trouble making calls with the other side not hearing me and still it’s not resolved, furious at this absolute JUNK SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mines gone down, lost full signal no 4g will work. My partner is 6 month pregnant and I’ve been at work just got home. I need my phone incase anything happens thankfully it didn’t. Bit of a joke when we’re paying for a service if I’m being honest. It needs sorting asap and we better get some compensation for it

Today had my nans funeral , no one could get hold of me or vise versa !!!! This is unacceptable !!!! Why i pay extortionate amount and have no service !!!

Down in doncaster since about 2pm came back on for 10 minutes then back off again. I can see there seems to be a national issue

Not only no calls via the network but also not able to make or receive calls via WiFi - just getting the ‘not registered on network’ flag. My Wifi is StarLink so not connected in any way (got this because there’s no cable, 2mb copper and virtually no 4g signal here).

Can anyone else make calls via Wifi?

No same problem for me, no mobile network/calls and no WiFi calling. So basically cut off from friends and family. Appalling, but I bet we have to fight to see any compensation.

In summary, there is currently a network issue impacting some customer, and we’re working with the team over at Three to get it resolved. We hope everything will be back up and running shortly.

Im still getting not registered on network this is third time I'd done this .  pay £42 a month and 3 weeks last month it was away for checking as wasnt gettibg signal i got it back tuesday last week and now today again 13 hours its down no signal cant even connect to wifi the handset is fine curtys say nothing wrong its s22 but it really is bad its always losing signal

Yeah I'm in Staffordshire and it's been down most of the day, its so annoying, this is my only point of contact for my fall alarm too

I can't even use WiFi on mine either I can't get into work as need my mobile to login I can't use gpay or receive calls I'm fully cut off literally had to use my neighbours phone
