Send a message to iD Mobile using their Facebook Messenger account. Should get to communicate with an employee. I've got reasonably quick replies.

Included all the details you have.

Hi yes think ok now just my logon goes to husbands account and his logon goes to my account but correct details on account so just leavrpe it as it is
