ID Mobile Credit Default of £62 Despite Cancelling in 14 Day Window

Unfortunately it seems I am not alone in finding myself in this ridiculous situation.

I took out the service May 2016, and then cancelled within the 14 day window via email - i can evidence this with an email chain.

I was then surprised to discover a default of £62 on my account only today following the checking of all credit reference agency records.

Can I get someone from customer service to resolve this as a matter of urgency please?

Messaging in this forum definitely does not happen in real-time, often several days or more can elapse between posts.

You should use the iD live chat service, or try sending iD a private message (PM) using facebook or twitter, in order to get this sorted quickly.

Contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.

If you followed the procedure given in the “How do I cancel or return my order” community article, you should have minimised any liability to iD Mobile.
