Incorrect email given when purchasing

I have not received an email confirmation after ordering a pay monthly sim only deal, I may have given an incorrect email address what can I do? I have not received the sim as yet

iD advise it takes 3-5 working days (i.e. Mon-Fri), from the date of dispatch, before your order’s likely to be delivered.

If you’ve been waiting longer than this, your item(s) might have gone missing in-transit @Planty63.

Hey @Planty63,

We can change the email but can’t re-send the automated emails that were issued.

If you want, I can get this changed or you can update the email once you have the SIM Card received via the iD app/account after registering.

I managed to live chat with an agent and what you stated has been done, I now just have to wait for the sim to arrive and can then hopefully set up on the id app
