I make little use of my phone and am on the cheapest tariff. I have 215 mins left on phone, 5000 texts left and 1.9 of data. My next payment is due in two days. Why why am I told I’ve reached my cap limit - I can’t make calls.

Thank you Kash - in fact the phone was back to normal the day after writing the above. It’s happened once before and whilst I’m sure I’m quite wrong and shouldn’t make such a suggestion but it makes ,me wonder if it’s a ploy to make me upgrade.
