Intermittant data signal

Data keeps dropping out. Two days now. 4g showing  so phone signal fine. Internet drops out regularly. Is it the weather?

Added:

If I take SIM out and put back in, I get signal for Internet. Lasts a few seconds  and disappears again

Yes, and I'm borderline at home. I used to be well in, but it's shrunk. Moved further into property and I got 2 bars on data connection. Weird! I think it's the weather! Close this one and thanks.
