Hi,
I have recently become ID mobile user and my SIM card has been delivered yesterday. After initial set up on my mobile I have discovered super slow internet on my device. Quick check on the Three network website and I have find out that there is an issue with mast nearby and according to three network engineers are working to fix it. But it's been more than 24hrs and noting improved.

What shall I do? It is just impossible to use internet on my mobile
