It’s best to contact iD between 9am - 8pm weekdays (9am - 6pm weekends) - so you can deal with a real person.
The iD community messaging doesn’t happen in real-time, so it could be several days before iD Mobile read your post.

The same here, folks are saying the phone line keeps breaking up, I have had to literally and figuratively shout at nurses, on a Samsung A21s, never been dropped, wet, or any other accident.
Every time I make a call folks cannot and or struggle to hear me, and I live less than 5 metres from a major mobile phone mast.

I suggest using the online page https://three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support to check for any networks faults or maintenance activities affecting the signal in your area.

Over a month later, the phone still struggles to *not* break up, whilst on the a call, not impressed, unless it is the hardware, which may have been faulty from the beginning.

- Tried your iD SIM in another handset?
- Tried a different (non-iD SIM) in your Samsung A21s?
