The customer service is awful - I have never been able to chat to anyone. I just need to order another sim card please help.

Hey @Jocelyn Brett, you can actually get a free replacement iD SIM card from any branch of Currys. 

Replacement SIM cards aren’t activated, so you need to do that from your iD account online.

Are the cards at currys free now? I remember having to pay £5 unless they were posted home! Thanks

There is no longer a £5 charge when picking up a replacement SIM card from your local curry’s store.

There used to be a £5 charge, however now they are free to collect and have delivered.
