My phone says 4g but I have no internet

Yes I'm able to call and text but no internet when it's saying 4g

Post code bt667gz never any problems with Vodafone

There’s no issues showing at this postcode from what I can see.

Have you ever been able to acccess data at this postcode?

Are you using an iPhone or Android?

I'm using android and never had any problems with Vodafone and data at address, thanks

Have you tried resetting the network settings to see if this helps?

 

Vodafone is a different network and offer a different signal coverage, we at iD Mobile share with Three UK and their signal.
