Still waiting to be connected can’t make any phone calls. This company is a joke.

It’s worth checking in the ID Mobile app to check that your plan is showing as active. If you need help with this, information can be found here → https://community.idmobile.co.uk/your-id-mobile-account-app-66

Try the Sim Card in a different phone, if you’ve got no connection still then it might be worth visiting your local Currys store and asking for a replacement Sim Card as I have seen it previously where an ID SIM fails to correctly work out of the box and once replaced works fine.

If the Sim does work in a different phone, then it could be a fault with your phone or it is not compatible with the ID network. While the majority of phones are compatible a list of phones directly from the network can be found here → https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/approved-handsets, but again this is not definitive. 

Finally, has ID got service in your area. While working in most of the UK due to limitations of the Three network some areas have better service than others. A service checker can be found here → https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage
