Hi, yesterday I received my brand new iPhone but when I tried to put the sim in it would not get recognised by the phone and the iPhone kept saying for me to put a ESIM in. I’m not sure if the sim if faulty but if I could get some help that would be grand
Does your new iD SIM card work in another phone

No it doesn’t work in another phone
Probably a dud or inactive iD SIM card in that case
The quickest option is pick-up a replacement SIM from your nearest Currys store, otherwise use the online iD Live Chat service to ask for a replacement and wait for it to arrive by Royal Mail postal service.
The online agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
