iD will charge you £25 admin fee to change an iD mobile number.
Get in-touch with customer service using iD’s social media pages on facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM (direct message)).
Out-of-hours messages on facebook or Twitter are handled when the iD social media team next start work - anyway, good luck
My son needs to change his mobile number as soon as possible. Can somebody help him with this please?
