No welcome email received, so no mobile number, so I can't even contact customer service to ask them for my welcome email which will contain my mobile number as you need a mobile number to speak to anyone on chat. This is ridiculous

Pop it in a phone and call or text a friend, who should be able to give you your number.
Alternatively, call your landline from your mobile and hang-up - then dial 1471 on your landline to get your mobile number.

I'm joining in this thread as I have the new sim, it's in the phone, it's working, I know the number, but I can't register ( won't submit) and sp I can't transfer my old number. I have a pac code. But can't open an account for the new sim. So what do I do?? Checked spam and all that. Maeve2313

Try a different browser as you may be using an incompatible one hence not being able to submit when registering.

You’ll need your transaction number (beginning with 4) from the welcome email.
