I'm trying to put an order in but won't let me continue without putting a switch date but doesn't give me anywhere to put it?

I’m sorry to hear this, I’ve not heard of anyone else having issues like this, have you tried calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397 to place an order alternatively?

Did you manage complete the transaction?
I’ve just been trying to recreate the error you’re facing, can you confirm if you can see a screen like the image below:
If so, did you choose ‘Keep my number & schedule switch now (requires PAC)? does an error message appear, or does it just prompt you to enter a switching date and no date field appears?
