I have tried to top up my ID account but I have received this message ''Sorry, there has been a problem processing this request''.

Can you please help

This can happen if the billing address for your iD Mobile PAYG account is not the same as the card holder address.

Okay @Dejan Dimitrov, @groovycarrot solved this by entering their address in the profile using the address search box and their post code on the website, which filled out the form differently to how they’d entered it manually.
