I placed my order on the morning of the 21st Dec providing my PAC code and my transfer was scheduled for the 27th Dec, but the transfer still hasn’t happened. I have read the Switching over Christmas and New Year article which says my transfer should have happened by the 28th December. I am now starting Uni work and need my old number to be able to 2-factor authenticate to online systems. When will the transfer happen? Who can I talk to to find out? The chat bot just says wait 7 days then contact us, but provides no way to make contact!
