Hi I have ordered a phone but not received confirmation just wondering if it’s gone through, my order number is

Yes I received one I was denied a phone contract so I went with a different provider

Not sure @Ewan137 had their order accepted @stejones30 - it looks like their order was rejected, so they bought from another service provider.

If you’ve ordered a SIM only plan from iD Mobile, it takes 3-5 working days (i.e. Mon-Fri), from the date of dispatch, before your order’s likely to be delivered @stejones30. 

If you’ve been waiting longer than this, your item(s) might have gone missing in-transit @stejones30.
