I ordered a SIM only deal nearly 2 weeks ago and still no sign of my sim card please help I can't get through to customer services or live chat it's very frustrating

It sounds like your iD SIM card has been lost in transit
You can pick-up your free replacement SIM card from any Currys store - otherwise, you may need to persevere with the live chat service, which seems to be overwhelmed at the moment.
