Really bad signal and very poor reception from my phone, signal only shows 1 bar. Reset phone and still the same? Any help please

We can’t see any issues in the area or any work being carried out in your area.
If you are able to test the SIM or alternatively you can collect a replacement SIM from your local Curry’s store to test.

Well after nearly an hour on the chat I've been told it's a sim issue, it's only 3 weeks old. Let's see when new one arrives?!?!?
It's a Samsung s23. New device as of 3 weeks ago
Dh4. Ts1 dh1 . Its mainly Internet connection I lose. I'm currently sat at dl1 postcode and no Internet connectionÂ

Do you get the same behaviour when using the iD SIM card in a different handset?
If yes, you could have a damaged / faulty SIM card
Is your handset approved for use on the iD network?
