I need proof of usage for an insurance claim. How do I get this please?

Would a downloaded PDF copy of your latest, or a recent iD Mobile utility bill, be acceptable @dwilde17?

If so, login to your iD account online at https://my.idmobile.co.uk and download a PDF copy of a bill.

Sorry a bill isn’t sufficient. 

“Proof of usage should include the device make, model, IMEI number and the first and last date the device was used.”

Okay @dwilde17, iD community members like myself can’t access this type of customer account information. 

You’ll need to hang on here until someone from iD reads your post, which may take a day or two. 

Otherwise, you can also get assistance by using iD live chat, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
