Did you text the number 87222 twice?
It’s likely that you have been charged correctly and we wouldn’t be able to remove the charges.
You’ll be charged per premium SMS you send.

No - I did not text twice. I have texted once only on different days. Every time I text to that number once - I get charged twice. The 2 charges have 1 second differences between them. I am being double charged. See my bill 30 August - 1 text 2 charges, 20 Sept 1 text 2 charges, 21 Sept 1 test 2 charges … and so on - - - Please look at the detail.

I send a single message and get cheated 2x 1 seconds apart. No incoming text from 87222.
so I have been charged twice for single texts. It is very clear on my itemised billing
A text message may be sent as 2 separate messages, depending on the message content
A common reason for a message being sent as 2 separate messages is the service provider has a limit of 160 characters per message. If the network receives messages with a higher character count, they’re split and sent as individual messages.
