Hello,
I can't call international numbers even though the codes are correct, everything has been enabled in my account settings and I've even increased the "fee cap".
Can anyone help please?

Is you iD account’s bill cap high enough for the international number you’re trying to call
For iD’s charges, see https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges.
Surely that's enough to start a call?

Indeed, you’d have thought so
I’m not with iD, so I’m not privy to the algorithms iD Mobile use with their charging and billing systems.
It’s possible iD have got an odd method of determining whether or not you can place an international call.

An outbound call should work with everything enabled and the bill cap being set above £0, what country is it you’re trying to call?
Have you tried a higher bill cap? Are they able to call you?

Are you using the correct dialling code?
It should be +371
For UK it’s +44 so an example number like this 07123456789 becomes +447123456789
