Unlimited Loyalty Addon Not On Allowance

Hi 

 

On my I'd mobile app I have an unlimited loyalty addon on my account but my allowance is still limited to 50gb, live chat customer service don't seem to.understand

Username: REMOVED

Can anyone help?

Are you seeing the add-on in your app anywhere? When/where was the add-on applied?

 

Have you called 7777 to double check allowances too?

Hi Joe,

Yes it shows on the app but the allowance isn't showing it, see pic

I did ring 777 and it does say unlimited data but as you can see below there is a limit

What do you suggest

I can see the loyalty add on is mentioned there and will last until 29/11/23, so it looks like all is working as intended.

So when the data runs out I won't be charged ?, Before when I had unlimited it showed it on the dashboard

Hey @Daniel Waller,

Think it’s just how the plan was setup.

Once your data runs out, your loyalty add-on should kick in automatically so you won’t incur any charges.
