Just got an iD sim only deal, but the service is terrible in my area. I want to cancel my contract in the cooling off period, but they are trying to charge me full cancellation price. So difficult to get through to someone and I cannot find a copy of my contract on the app or website.

Your first iD bill should give you an idea of when the contract began.
