I have been given a PAC number which is not being accepted. Please send another.

Are you leaving for another service provider, or switching over to iD Mobile @Patricia Vespucio?

 

Im leaving 

A PAC number was emailed to me but Vodafone says it's invalid

Okay @Patricia Vespucio, it’s probably faster to get your PAC fixed, by talking to iD Mobile using one of the following support channels:

The iD customer service agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

iD Live Chat happens in real-time once you’re connected with an agent (type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot). 

Messenger and X aren’t real-time, but staff usually reply within 60-90 minutes.
